Abandoned cart recovery by WhatsApp and email
Bring back buyers who left at checkout.
Not every buyer orders on the first visit. We bring them back with recovery messages by WhatsApp and email and with retargeting, then report what returns.

The problem
Full carts, left behind.
The problem
Shoppers add products to the cart, then get distracted and leave.
How it feels
It's frustrating to watch orders that almost happened.
Why it matters
A buyer who almost said yes deserves a friendly reminder.

How we help
We bring them back to the same cart.
We build online stores and run their campaigns, so checkout, WhatsApp, email and retargeting work as one flow.
- WhatsApp reminders with templates approved by Meta, only to shoppers who agreed.
- Recovery emails in your brand voice.
- Retargeting on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.

The plan
Three steps to bringing buyers back.
- 1Tell us how buyers check out
Your online store, your checkout and the contact details shoppers give.
- 2We set up the flow
WhatsApp, email and retargeting, tested on real carts.
- 3Shoppers come back
Recovered orders are reported against the baseline every month.
Abandoned-cart recovery is part of our e-commerce design and development service.

Questions people ask
What is abandoned-cart recovery?
It is the follow-up that reaches shoppers who added products to the cart but did not finish the order. ABECODS sets it up on Shopify and WooCommerce online stores in Qatar and the GCC with recovery messages by WhatsApp and email and retargeting ads, and reports the orders that come back.
Can you send cart reminders on WhatsApp?
Yes. Business-initiated WhatsApp messages use templates approved by Meta and go only to shoppers who agreed to hear from you. Opt-outs are respected immediately.
Is this email marketing?
No. ABECODS sets up recovery messages for carts left at checkout as part of the online store work. It is not a newsletter or campaign service.
Which platforms does it work on?
Shopify and WooCommerce online stores.
How is the result measured?
Recovered orders and their value, reported against the baseline recorded before the recovery flow went live.
Can it include ads?
Yes. Retargeting for return visitors and cart abandoners runs through our performance marketing service on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
