The questions leaders ask before they work with us.
Straight answers on our offers, pricing, the Performance Sprint, the Authority & Trust Pod, PPC, timelines, and how an engagement actually runs. No hype, no filler.
One front door. Two ways to grow.
Every new client enters through the E-Commerce Performance Sprint. Where diagnosis prescribes it, engagements expand into ongoing authority-building or scoped paid acquisition.
Performance Sprint
A 4–5 week diagnosis-and-fix engagement. We locate the root constraint suppressing revenue and implement controlled fixes with before/after evidence.
Authority & Trust Pod
Ongoing credibility through structured organic content and AI-powered visual assets. Entered after a Sprint, or when diagnosis flags credibility as the constraint.
PPC / Paid Ads
Scalable, efficient traffic — but only for a store that already converts. Scoped after diagnosis confirms the store is ready, never before.
What ABECODS actually does.
We’re an e-commerce performance partner for Shopify and WooCommerce brands across Qatar and the GCC — commerce, code, and growth under one accountable team.
We’re a Doha-based e-commerce performance partner. We help Shopify and WooCommerce brands turn the traffic they already have into the revenue that traffic should produce, combining three capabilities under one accountable team:
- Commerce — storefront and conversion performance, funnels diagnosed end to end, revenue recovered from where it was quietly leaking.
- Code — custom builds, integrations, and automation that remove friction instead of hiding it.
- Growth — performance marketing, CRM workflows, and Agentic AI systems measured against ROI and CAC, not impressions.
Whatever the engagement, the method is the same: diagnosis before prescription. We locate the cause before we touch the fix.
Not as standalone products. E-commerce performance is the only front door. Social media, web development, and search are capabilities we deploy inside a framework aimed at one outcome: structurally sound e-commerce performance.
If you arrive asking for social content or a rebuild, we start with a Sprint. Diagnosis tells us whether that work is actually the lever that moves your revenue — or whether something upstream is the real constraint.
Primarily Shopify and WooCommerce, including stores with a native mobile app as part of the sales system. Our diagnosis covers the full performance system: web store, mobile app where applicable, tracking, conversion path, and checkout flow.
We maintain capabilities in website builds, full store development, AI-powered automation, and proprietary digital products. These sit alongside our core offer rather than being marketed as front-door services.
If a build is what your business needs, we’ll scope it — but the conversation still starts with understanding the system, so the build solves the real problem rather than an assumed one.
Yes. Where a native mobile app is part of your sales system, it’s included in the diagnostic scope. We look at app bottlenecks and cross-channel attribution gaps the same way we examine the web store — as part of one connected performance system.
Our front-door engagement.
The Sprint delivers clarity on what’s suppressing revenue and implements controlled fixes in 4–5 weeks. Not a redesign, not a retainer, not ad management.
A structured 4–5 week engagement that examines your full performance system, identifies the root constraints limiting revenue, and implements controlled fixes based on what the diagnosis reveals. You receive a diagnosed view of what’s holding performance back, the highest-impact fixes, and documented before-and-after evidence.
It’s structural correction with measurable output — nothing is implemented before it’s understood.
Three phases, each building on the last:
- Phase 1 — Diagnosis (Week 1–2): examine the full system — store, mobile app, tracking, funnel, product pages, navigation, checkout. Deliverable: a diagnostic report with prioritised findings and a sequenced plan.
- Phase 2 — Controlled Implementation (Week 2–4): execute the highest-impact fixes. Every change traces to a specific finding. Deliverable: implemented changes with before/after documentation.
- Phase 3 — Handover (Week 4–5): a summary of what was done, what changed, what to monitor, and recommended next steps — without optimistic extrapolation.
It targets specific failure points the diagnosis surfaces — for example: conversion weaknesses, tracking instability, checkout friction, product-page failures, mobile-app bottlenecks, and cross-channel attribution gaps.
Crucially, it fixes the constraint we find, not a template checklist. In one Qatar engagement the real leak was in the homepage, product pages, and mega menu — before checkout ever began — not where a surface review would have looked first.
It is not a store redesign, not an open-ended optimisation retainer, and not ad management. We don’t rebuild your store for the sake of it or increase ad spend to mask a structural problem. We diagnose the constraint and correct it.
No. The Sprint concludes with clarity, not dependency. Three paths can follow:
- Done: the constraints are resolved and no further engagement is needed. You leave with a functioning store, clean documentation, and a monitoring framework.
- Authority & Trust Pod: diagnosis identifies ongoing content or credibility constraints.
- Scoped PPC: diagnosis confirms the store converts but lacks traffic volume.
The diagnostic report determines which path applies. If ongoing support is unnecessary, we’ll tell you.
Yes — it’s a complete, standalone asset, not a teaser for more work. It’s a documented, prioritised analysis of your performance constraints that you can act on with us or without us. Its value doesn’t expire when the Sprint ends.
Sustained credibility, after the fix.
An expansion offer for operators who need ongoing external presence — built systematically, not sprayed across channels.
A monthly retainer that builds ongoing credibility and brand authority through structured organic content and AI-powered visual assets. It’s the systematic build of social proof and recognisability across the platforms where your audience actually is — Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn as applicable.
No. The Pod is an expansion offer, not a front door. You enter it after completing a Sprint, or when diagnosis identifies content and credibility as an active constraint. If you arrive asking for social media work, you start with the Sprint first — so we’re sure credibility is the real lever before we invest months building it.
Authority building requires sustained presence before measurable effects materialise. A shorter commitment produces activity without result — which we don’t accept. The three-month floor exists so the work has a fair chance to actually move the outcome.
Ads scale a store that already converts.
We don’t run paid traffic to a leaking store. Paid acquisition is scoped only after diagnostic logic confirms the store is ready.
Not as a first step. Running paid traffic to a store with unresolved conversion constraints is inefficient spending, and we don’t participate in that. PPC is an internal path, scoped only after diagnosis confirms the store converts and the remaining constraint is traffic volume.
If you already have a well-structured store with clean tracking and solid conversion, we apply a lightweight diagnostic review first, then scope. If the store is weak and there’s no willingness to diagnose, we’ll educate or decline rather than spend your ad budget blindly.
- Post-Sprint recommendation: you complete the Sprint, diagnosis confirms strong conversion, and traffic volume is the remaining constraint.
- Diagnostically-ready prospect: you arrive with a well-structured store and clean tracking; we run a lightweight month-one review before scoping.
- Filtered: a weak store with no tracking and no willingness to diagnose. No engagement is scoped.
For Overdrive Watches, a premium timepiece brand in Doha, a two-week test campaign spent $1,000 and returned $8,454 in revenue (8.45x ROAS). The full eight-week campaign spent $2,698 and drove $18,265 in revenue at a combined 7.23x ROAS — after we first fixed a 3D Secure payment gateway bug that had silently blocked over $22,000 in transactions.
That sequence is the point: we fixed the store first, then scaled traffic into it.
How an engagement runs.
Small, senior team. No hand-offs to junior account managers. You talk to the person doing the work.
Two routes, both leading to the same diagnostic assessment:
- Apply for the E-Commerce Performance Sprint — if you already know the Sprint fits.
- See which first step fits — if you’re still determining the right starting point.
Every submission gets a direct response within 24 hours. No commitment required, no sales pitch, no obligation to proceed. If the Sprint is right, we confirm scope and timeline. If it isn’t, we say so and point you to what would serve you better.
A small team of senior specialists — no junior-heavy pyramid. Every engagement is led by an experienced strategist with direct accountability for diagnosis, execution, and outcome. The person diagnosing the constraint is the person building the fix, which keeps the causal logic intact and catches implementation errors early.
Access, mainly. To diagnose properly we need visibility into your web store, analytics, and — where relevant — your internal team. We work best with businesses ready to grant access and act on what the evidence reveals, rather than looking for activity to point at.
Because intervention without understanding is speculation, and speculation is expensive. Our sequence is non-negotiable: diagnosis before intervention, structure before optimisation, governance before scale.
Without diagnosis, work becomes reactive guessing. Without structure, optimisation compounds fragility. Without governance, scale accelerates risk. Structural control can’t be retrofitted — it’s engineered in from the point of engagement.
That’s the whole point. Every finding is documented, every decision is reasoned, and all of it is yours to keep. You get defensible commercial logic you can present to leadership without distortion — the ability to explain precisely what was fixed, why it mattered, and what the commercial result was.
What it costs, and what it returns.
Fixed, transparent scoping. Results measured against a pre-engagement baseline — never templated packages.
The fee is fixed for the engagement but varies by required depth. A single-platform Shopify store demands different effort than a multi-channel setup with tracking fragmentation and a native mobile app. We scope to your system, then quote a fixed number.
- A monthly retainer entered only after a Sprint or a diagnosed recommendation. The three-month minimum reflects how long authority-building needs before effects become measurable.
No. We don’t produce complimentary audits or vague strategy decks — those attract low-fit demand and erode diagnostic rigour. What you get instead is a fixed-scope Sprint that produces a documented diagnostic report with standalone commercial value. The initial conversation to assess fit is, of course, free and carries no obligation.
We don’t commit to predetermined outcomes or manufacture optimistic projections — guarantee-chasing is a wrong-fit signal for us. What we commit to is rigour: diagnosis before action, fixes that trace to identified constraints, and results measured honestly against your pre-engagement baseline. The handover is diagnostically honest, with no inflated numbers.
Our primary case study, a Qatar garden centre, invested QAR 7,500 in a single Sprint. In four weeks, with no increase in ad spend and no redesign:
- Conversion rate: +109% (0.32% → 0.67%)
- Cart additions: +153%
- Checkout initiations: +174%
- Total sessions: +31% (mobile +59%)
The relationship that followed exceeded QAR 24,000 within six months — because the Sprint produced evidence that justified further investment. Other engagements include a supplements store (+34% conversion in three weeks) and a fashion platform (cart abandonment cut by 52%).
Not in a Sprint. The garden centre results came from targeted structural corrections to the existing store — no ad spend increase, no new campaigns, no redesign. When paid budget is the right lever, that’s a separate, scoped PPC conversation that only happens once the store is confirmed ready.
Whether we're right for each other.
We don’t take every engagement. Refusing the wrong work protects the right work — and the outcomes of clients who qualify.
E-commerce businesses on Shopify or WooCommerce experiencing visible performance problems, who acknowledge the issue, can provide access to their store and analytics, and are prepared to act on what a diagnosis reveals. Owners, marketing managers, and e-commerce managers who recognise that more activity hasn’t solved the problem — and want the cause found.
We decline businesses structurally incompatible with our model, and prospects looking for activity to point at rather than problems to solve. Specifically:
- Marketplace-first models with uncontrollable conversion, low-margin commodities, and info-products with different conversion logic.
- Free-strategy seekers, guarantee hunters, and anyone unwilling to grant access.
- Pre-revenue entities with no store or traffic yet.
If the fit isn’t right, we’ll tell you directly — and point you to what would serve you better.
Possibly — but we’d want to confirm that with diagnosis before spending your budget. Many stores that feel like an “ads problem” are actually leaking revenue before checkout begins. A Sprint reframes the question: it tells us whether traffic volume is genuinely the constraint, or whether pouring more spend into the funnel would just increase exposure without improving return.
We’re headquartered in Doha, Qatar, with Qatar as our primary market and clients across the wider GCC. This concentration reflects where our methodology is proven. Expansion follows proof.
Within 24 hours. Every submission gets a direct response — no automated funnel, no pressure. We assess fit honestly: if the Sprint is the right engagement we confirm scope and timeline; if it isn’t, we say so and indicate what would serve your business better.
