Job Description

The Social Media Video Content Creator will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and always on top of the latest video trends and social storytelling techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute creative video concepts for social media campaigns.

  • Shoot high-quality videos using mobile devices and personal equipment.

  • Edit videos quickly and effectively using CapCut (and other editing tools when needed).

  • Stay up to date with trends, transitions, and viral formats on social platforms.

  • Prepare storyboards and storylines to ensure clarity and direction before shoots.

  • Deliver content on time and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

  • Collaborate with social media managers, designers, and account managers to align videos with campaign goals.

  • Continuously experiment with new formats to maximize engagement and virality.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Qatar.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of content creation, videography, or social media experience.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong creativity and storytelling ability.

    • Proficiency in shooting and editing videos on mobile.

    • Familiarity with CapCut and other mobile editing apps.

    • Must have own equipment (mobile phone with strong camera, tripod, lighting, etc.).

    • Ability to prepare and follow storyboards/storylines.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual with deadlines.

    • Strong awareness of social media video trends, virality triggers, and engagement tactics.

    • Team player with excellent communication skills.
